SQL Service GmbH is consistently pursuing its innovation strategy in order to meet the changing demands of the market.
Our new AI-supported chatbot shows how artificial intelligence is revolutionising user interaction. Thanks to advanced algorithms, it answers questions more efficiently and offers particularly intuitive operation. This prototype marks the beginning of a new era in customer communication.
Another highlight is the newly developed manual module. With this tool, we have responded specifically to customer requests. It supports teams from areas such as account management, sales and finance with easily accessible, structured information. Additional manuals are already being planned in order to continuously expand the modules and fulfil further requirements.
Our Nautilus technology platform has been fundamentally modernised by upgrading to .NET Core 9.0. This upgrade makes Nautilus platform-independent and ideally equipped for the challenges of the future.
A central project is the reengineering of our query and reporting engine, which will enable a comprehensive search across all Nautilus areas in future as Nemo 2.0. Configurable dashboards will make it easier for our customers to analyse data sets efficiently and make well-founded decisions.
In collaboration with the Ad Alliance, Wasmuth Media Service, GroupM and the agency booking system operators Omega Software and DAB, we have successfully implemented the Digital Booking Communication Format (DBCFM). This standardised format digitises booking communication and enables faster and error-free processing of IO advertising bookings.
Another milestone is the implementation of Programmatic TV for the Ad Alliance. By integrating the Virtual Minds Media Manager, advertising customers can now book linear TV reach programmatically.
We have realised the integration of Digital Out of Home (DOOH) into our platform for Ströer. This enables automated and optimised processing of DOOH campaigns via specialised ad servers.
